"Hey. I get it it. I went to therapy and discovered that by pouring into myself and doing the work, I was becoming the woman I had always imagined being. Yes, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and life coach, but I am a Black woman first and foremost, and I can understand the day-to-day challenges that you may face. Therapy helped me manage that. I see you. I understand how people of color have to balance it all and navigate the channels of life to escape negative labels, strong opinions, and judgement without people hearing you speak one word. I have laid down my cape of “Strong Black Woman” to indulge in and exude luxury while simultaneously protecting my peace, and I want that for you too!
Every time we will meet, I will craft a safe space, free of judgement, where you can cry, laugh, and everything in between. When you are doing healing work, a range of feelings including anxiety, depression, self-sabotage, guilt, shame, trauma, not-belonging, and low self-esteem will be unpacked and it will not be easy. However, once you are on the other side, its worth it, because you did it for you. I can’t do the work for you, but when I’m with you, you will feel seen, heard, understood, empowered, and affirmed. Whenever you are ready, I’m holding a space for you to lay down your super "you" cape and pick up your life of luxurious mental wellness and peace."
